Reformed train wreck Courtney Love reached out to troubled starlet Amanda Bynes late Monday night, with some sage advice, but the interaction didn't go down quite as intended!

Courtney's tweet came hot on the heels of the 27-year-old's arrest last week for criminal possession of marijuana, reckless endangerment and felony tampering with physical evidence after allegedly throwing a bong out of her apartment window.

As OKMagazine.com previously reported, Amanda has denied any wrongdoing, insisting she did not throw a bong out of the window (saying it was actually a vase), that the police illegally entered her apartment and that one cop sexually assaulted her!

Over the weekend Bynes was accused of making a brutal dig at Rihanna after a tweet was sent from her account stating the singer was beaten by then-boyfriend, Chris Brown, because she wasn't "pretty enough"—however, Amanda denied ever sending the tweet, and it has since been deleted.

The former child star is making no such excuses when it comes to Courtney Love though!
And, it seems Amanda isn't the only one amused by Courtney Love's outreach attempts.
