Pink Enlists Eminem For The Truth About Love Track

<a href="http://www.mtv.com/music/artist/pink/artist.jhtml">Pink</a> and <a href="http://www.mtv.com/music/artist/eminem/artist.jhtml">Eminem</a> liked working together so much on his 2010 <a href="/news/articles/1640718/eminems-wont-back-down-featuring-pink-hits-web.jhtml">Recovery track, "Won't Back Down,"</a> that when she needed some assistance on her forthcoming <a href="/news/articles/1689860/pink-the-truth-about-love-album-blow-me.jhtml">The Truth About Love,</a> she asked the Detroit-bred MC to help her out."He said, 'Do you want to do a song with me?' 'F--- yeah!' I said, 'Do you want to do a song with me?' and he said, 'F--- yeah!" Handshake. Nothing signed. Done," she told <a href="http://www.heraldsun.com.au/entertainment/music/pink-turned-down-judging-spot-on-the-voice-australia/story-e6frf9hf-1226445859973" target="_blank">Australia's Herald Sun</a> about their deal which led to an "alternative club banger" dubbed "Here Comes the Weekend."<div class="player-placeholder right" title="Pink Reveals The Star Behind Her Album" id="vid:816139" width="415" height="255"></div>While fans will have to wait to hear their second collabo, she shared that she thinks the twosome may have a third, which will focus on their equally sassy and witty sensibilities. She added, "I think we have another song in our future that will be funny and sh-- talking." In addition to Em, Pink also got some help from Lily Allen (now <a href="http://newsroom.mtv.com/2012/08/03/lily-allen-changes-professional-name-pushes-forward-with-new-album/">Lily Rose Cooper</a>) on a track called "True Love" and Fun.'s Nate Ruess on a tune billed as "Just Give Me a Reason." But, there's another collaboration that just might have all those others beat. She told us earlier this summer that her, <a href="/news/articles/1689959/pink-willow-truth-about-love.jhtml">daughter Willow</a> also appears on the album."She plays bells on 'How Come You're Not Here,' and she plays bass on a song called 'Timebomb.' She's actually quite talented for a 13-month-old!" Pink said. "There was a basket of sh--, and she came over and pulled out the bells and started banging on them, and I was like, 'Record it!' And then she went up to the bass guitar on 'Timebomb' and started plucking away. She's actually pretty good! She's better on bass than I am! Christina Aguilera chatted up Jay Leno Friday, rocking a form-fitting dress and pink and purple hair. There were tons of topics to choose from — Christina herself describes this particular time in her life as "exciting." We don't know what your definition of "exciting" is, but we'd say that leaving a top-rated reality competition series, debuting a new album and just, well, being Christina Aguilera in general is definitely ours!

Of course, Jay had to ask Christina about her decision to leave The Voice after this season.

"I think what makes the show really special and why people appreciate it is the four of us [Adam Levine, Blake Shelton, Cee Lo Green and Christina] are artists. And we have to go out there, and we have to experience our fans, do our shows, record our records and be artists ourselves so that we can be great coaches," Christina said. She added that she will be back, but for now, she has to "fulfill" her "creative soul."

Speaking of that creative soul: Christina explained that her latest album, Lotus, is "about that unbreakable flower that withstands the test of time, through the harshest of weather conditions, to tough surroundings, it thrives and survives, and stays strong."

"So it's a little autobiographical," Jay remarked.

Christina laughed, but we were thinking the same thing as Jay! Christina admitted she was, too: "Of course...Fighter!" she said, referencing her 2003 hit.

The first single off Lotus is the sexy "Your Body." Judging from the video, the song could have been called "Your Bodies," plural, because Xtina has some fun with several different guys.

Lotus is out next month. Will you be buying it?

Bieber dives headlong into adulthood — and takes a beating from Michael Madsen — in his brand-new video.

When Justin Bieber dropped his <a href="/news/articles/1684446/justin-bieber-boyfriend-video.jhtml">"Boyfriend"</a> video back in May, he made one thing very clear: He's all grown up.Yes, with its cool cars, hot clothes and even hotter women, "Boyfriend" was precisely the kind of video a newly minted 18-year-old would make, had they the means (and the relationship with <a href="http://newsroom.mtv.com/2010/09/24/lil-x-director-x/">Director X</a>). It was a supercharged, supremely budgeted man's fantasy, and, much like manhood itself, there was nothing subtle about it.<object width="460" height="260" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" id="embeddedPlayer" data="http://videoplayer.vevo.com/embed/embedded" style="visibility: visible;"><param name="bgcolor" value="#000000"><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"><param name="allowScriptAccess" value="always"><param name="wmode" value="transparent"><param name="flashvars" value="playerType=embedded&videoId=USUV71201064&playlist=false&enableDomScan=true&siteSection=MTV_mtv.com&playerId=62FF0A5C-0D9E-4AC1-AF04-1D9E97EE3961&autoplay=0&endScreen=play&cc=US&cultureName=en-US&cultureIsRTL=False&sbId=14A00605-7DB5-4492-B67B-CB2093BD89DD"></object>And while the same can be said about his brand-new "As Long as You Love Me" clip — it's about a subtle as a hammer to the head — that's where the similarities between the two videos end. Director Anthony Mandler tones down the excess in favor of a genuine grittiness, and, in the process, makes "Boyfriend" look like child's play. If that clip was a fantasy ride, well, then "ALAYLM" is a reality trip. Adulthood isn't all fun and games, after all.Part tragic love story, part pulpy thriller, the new vid finds Bieber flexing his acting muscles opposite Michael Madsen — that'll put hair on his chest — who plays an overprotective father/probable career criminal with a penchant for gaudy fashion (which is to say, the same kind of role he's been playing for 20 years now). Biebs has only the noblest of intentions for his daughter, but Madsen refuses to give their relationship his approval — a point he drives home when he advises JB to "hit the road."Of course, given that this is a tragedy, Bieber doesn't listen, and, in-between some scenes of the young couple exploring the limits of their love — definitely his most adult to date — we learn that JB plans on rescuing his girlfriend from the grips of her father, via a late-night train station rendezvous. As you might expect, this doesn't sit particularly well with Madsen, who confronts Bieber and dishes out a savage beating (though at least he doesn't <a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LLTqecGbdCc" target="_blank">cut his ear off</a>) while his daughter looks on in horror.And while you'd think all that violence would be enough to further cement his love interest's desire to flee, sadly, she leaves Bieber standing at the train station, and at clip's end, he is heartbroken ... and alone. For the first time, Bieber doesn't get the girl, and the message seems to be clear: Being a grown-up ain't all it's cracked up to be.In a lot of ways, "As Long as You Love Me" is probably a risk for Bieber; he dares to dirty up his image and isn't afraid to take a beating. Those scenes of violence are are particularly vivid, as are the subsequent performance shots where Bieber belts out the tune with blood dripping from his face. It's a credit to his newfound maturity that he'd trust Mandler's vision and allow the "ALAYLM" video to go to such great lengths. This is in no way a fun clip, but, then again, adulthood isn't supposed to be fun. Bieber seems to have figured that out, and, in doing so, he's only further separated himself from his tween-pop forefathers. They'd never go to the lengths or the depths he does here, mostly because they were probably afraid to grow up. "Two and a Half Men" might be adding some girl power: <a href="http://www.mtv.com/music/artist/cyrus__miley/artist.jhtml">Miley Cyrus</a> is rumored to appear on the show next season.According to a source, the actress/singer will play the love interest of the show's "half man," Jake Harper (Angus T. Jones). <a href="http://www.eonline.com/news/337331/two-and-a-half-men-s-new-woman-miley-cyrus-to-guest-star-on-hit-comedy" target="_blank">E! News</a> reports that she will appear in several episodes as a new girl who catches Jake's eye.While reps for both the show and the actress have yet to respond to MTV News' requests for comment, the source said Miley's character will be "sexy" and the part will be "rife with comedy." Her part on the hit CBS show will welcome the "Hannah Montana" star back to the small screen after she <a href="/news/articles/1656023/miley-cyrus-post-hannah-montana-whats-next.jhtml">hung up her "Hannah Montana" wig back in January 2011</a>."Two and a Half Men" is just the latest news for Cyrus. 'X Factor' Judges Discuss 'Bizarre' Performances, Infighting

Reid and Louis Walsh, the British "X Factor" panelist who has been sitting in for Simon Cowell while he recovers from bronchitis, are in Kansas City, Missouri, as auditions for the second season of the reality singing competition continue. The group gave <a href="http://www.toofab.com/2012/06/11/britney-spears-x-factor-bizarre-auditions-exclusive-video/" target="_blank">their first interview</a> since Spears and Lovato were announced as judges at the Fox upfronts.The judges discussed the "bizarre" performances they've seen, how they get along, whether Spears' and Lovato's careers as performers make them more sympathetic or critical of the contestants, and the one time everyone ganged up on Britney."I feel like we've had a little bit of bizarre performances overall," Spears said of the Kansas City performances. One time, [and] it wasn't nice!""One time out of 75 auditions, that's not bad," Reid replied.As for what makes Spears happiest when judging, she said, "It's the best feeling when someone comes onstage and just makes us want to stand up and gives us energy."Having made their names as entertainers, both Spears and Lovato admitted that their careers have helped them relate to the contestants because they've "been in their shoes." But it's a double-edged sword because it has made both judges more sympathetic to the show's contestants, particularly when they have to deliver bad news."It's something I've definitely had to learn. At first, I really didn't even want to do it," Lovato said of having to criticize contestants. "It's easier to say, when you're having meetings with people, 'Oh yeah, it will totally come easy,' or something. But when I got in the seat and had to give negative criticism to somebody ... it sucks. But they're asking for your advice, and by stepping on that stage, they also know that you could not like their performance. They're taking a chance, and I'm going to take a chance by telling them something that I believe."The interview comes on the heels of news that all four judges <a href="/news/articles/1687014/britney-spears-demi-lovato-x-factor-auditions.jhtml">walked off the set</a> after a disastrous audition in which a contestant — who reportedly wasn't a particularly talented singer — sang with his back to the panel. "It was really awkward," a source told <a href="http://www.people.com/people/article/0,,20602844,00.html" target="_blank">People.com</a>. "They didn't want to waste their time."<a href="http://www.people.com/people/article/0,,20602881,00.html?xid=rss-topheadlines" target="_blank">People</a> also reported that Spears is proving to be a tougher judge than many expected. A source told the magazine, "She's got a really good instinct, and when she loves something, she looks like she wants to dance on the desk. When she doesn't like someone, she is incredibly tough."For her part, the pop star insists her firm stance is in the best interest of the contestants. "It's all tough love ... I promise!" Playing the wife of the devil on 666 Park Avenue gave Vanessa Williams reason to pause.

“I talked to one of my friends who is a spiritual adviser, and asked her about any special protection that I should have to make sure that we weren’t delving into something that might be harmful or too dark,” she tells me this week during the supernatural thriller’s premiere held at Crosby Street Hotel in NYC.

“She guaranteed me that everything would be fine, and I did a little meditation just to clear things up.”

One thing that pleased 49-year-old actress is the transition from lighter fare like Desperate Housewives and Ugly Betty.

“I thought it was intriguing,” she says. “I like the fact that it’s different from what I’ve been doing in the past six years, and I’m always willing to stretch myself. I’m up for a new challenge.”

While Kim Kardashian joined her onscreen in the Tyler Perry film The Marriage Counselor, don’t expect to see the reality star stopping by the set of 666 to put in a guest-starring appearance. Vanessa has others on her shortlist.

“I would love to see Judith Light, who I worked with for four years on Ugly Betty on the show,” Vanessa says. “She’s phenomenal. She just won a Tony, she’s fantastic, and I think she is the perfect Upper East Side lady that would certainly have an apartment in the Drake.”

She adds, “Certainly any of my Betty cast or Desperate Housewives cast would be fine, and I think it would be pretty intriguing, too.”

It seems that everyone has the fever these days. That fever is for the steamy erotic novel "Fifty Shades of Grey."
